Light-weight blades
EWT wind turbines are equipped with advanced, light-weight blades made out of glass fiber-reinforced epoxy resin. The blades are designed by Stevin Laboratories of Delft University in the Netherlands.
Large rotors, high yields
To address the growing demand for turbines suitable for low wind speed sites, EWT wind turbines have relatively large rotors compared to competitors in the same capacity range. This enables wind project owners to achieve high yields and therefore attractive financial returns, even at sites with low wind conditions.
